Ryan is a Senior Producer at The Walt Disney Studios and veteran promo/trailer editor. - Senior Producer at Walt Disney Studios' internal creative agency The Hive. - Manage execution of creative AV marketing material/campaigns for various brands within the Walt Disney Company including Lucasfilm, Marvel, Pixar, 20th Century, Walt Disney Studios, Searchlight, Disney+ and more. - Maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients to discuss creative vision for trailers / campaigns. - Discuss creative plans for execution with editors, music supervisors, graphics teams, creative directors and legal. - Construct audition breakdowns for trailer/promo VO castings and work with agents/managers to find unique and diverse voices for campaigns. - Direct VO sessions and provide selects. - Develop engaging and effective copy to fit the creative of each trailer or promo. - Approve sound mix and final color. - Manage deliveries and deadlines for trailers and promos making sure spots start and finish on time and under budget. - Make sure everyone has fun and stays happy during every step of this crazy process (that's the youngest child working in me).
